Pho in the North and the South of Vietnam
You might be familiar with Pho, a well-known Vietnamese delicacy, but were you aware that northern and southern Vietnamese individuals have distinct approaches to savoring this dish?
This was my project for an infographic assignment. For this project, I aimed to highlight the differences in the daily consumption of Pho between two regions in Vietnam. While I could not cover every detail, my goal was to showcase the unique culinary traditions that distinguish the way people in these regions enjoy this beloved dish.
The components drawned in Procreate and then composited using Adobe Illustrator to achieve a polished and professional finish.
